This introductory class is designed for golfers that have never played. In five 75-minute lessons, our instructors will cover everything you need to know to play your first round of golf. Classes will cover the basics of the golf swing, putting, short game techniques, rules and etiquette. The instructors will also discuss what you need to golf, therefore it is recommended that you do not go out and buy clubs until you have started this class. You will be given a static club fitting which will allow the instructor to make a recommendation as to which clubs to buy.
In five one hour sessions, the instructors strive to build on the fundamentals that were demonstrated in the 101 class. Video analysis will be used, stretching and a variety of short game and full swing drills will be introduced. With a smaller class, you will be hitting more balls and getting more one on one attention.
This course is a very popular class because you get the best of both worlds. This class was designed to help all golfers become comfortable playing a round of golf. This is the perfect way for 101 and 201 students to make the transition from the practice facility to the golf course.
Each class will be five one-hour sessions and feature a 5:1 student to instructor ratio. Course strategy, club selection, playing formats, etiquette, equipment evaluation, goal setting and more will be covered. Classes will take place on The Apple 9 Course.
All 301 classes include five "Practice with the Pro" sessions. "Practice with the Pro" or "PWP" sessions are one hour long supervised practice sessions at the Golf Center. There will be 3-4 sessions scheduled each week. Each session will have a specific topic, ie. Full Swing, Woods, Pitching, Chipping, Sand and Putting.
The Golf Fore Women 401 program is similar to the 301 program which includes five one hour on course lessons and five “Practice with the Pro” (PWP) sessions.
In addition to the five on course lessons and the five PWP sessions, students will receive one 45-minute private lesson with video analysis. This private lesson will be scheduled at the convenience of the student. The instructor will formulate a practice plan for the student to ensure continued progress.
Golf Fore Women - Winter Program
Keep swinging all winter ladies! This class is for students who have completed our GFW 101 or have some past experience. There will be more extensive instruction especially in regard to the driver, irons and wedges.

This 5-week program will introduce you to some of the best technology used by the best coaches and players in the game. Learn how to practice and train on tools like, Trackman, V1 Video Analysis, Boditrak Pressure Mat and K-Coach 3D Motion Capture.
Jason will share with you how he trains during the offseason and show you best practices using Trackman, V1 Video, Boditrak pressure mat and K-Motion 3D.
TRACKMAN: Learn all about Club Data and Ball Data. Ever wonder how or why your ball slices or hooks? How far do you hit the ball? Should you hit farther? Trackman gives us all these answers and more!
V1 VIDEO ANALYSIS: Seeing is believing! We will use video from different angles to show you how you swing and what to look for in order to improve.
BODITRAK PRESSURE MAT: Learn all about Ground Force Energy. We will look at how you use the ground and give you drills to make your swing more consistent and powerful.
K-MOTION 3-D CAPTURE: We will the K-Vest to capture a 3D image of your swing to see how the body moves. We also introduce you to Live Bio-Feedback Training.

Get Longer Off The Tee Use the speed training program trusted by over 700 tour pros to increase swing speed and gain distance! This class is designed to give golfers of all ages / skill levels more distance through speed training.
Classes will span over six weeks and will use SuperSpeed Golf’s overspeed training program to provide a fun and easy way to gain more distance across the board. Learn additional exercises and swing modifications that can be used to gain more power along with SuperSpeed!
